1. Introduction
The purpose of this Cookie Policy is to inform you about the conditions governing the use of cookies and other trackers when browsing the Sextant Prestige website.
We pay particular attention to respecting your privacy and ensuring transparent processing of your data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recommendations of the CNIL, you have full control over the activation of non-essential cookies.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a text file that may be placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when visiting a website. In particular, it allows a website to recognise your device, store user preferences, or track your browsing for statistical or advertising purposes.
Cookies may be:
- First-party cookies (placed directly by the website you are visiting)

Some cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the website and do not require your consent. Others, however, are subject to your explicit authorisation.

When you first visit our website, a banner is displayed to inform you about the presence of cookies and to allow you to:
- Accept all cookies
- Refuse them all (except strictly necessary cookies)
- Customise your choices
This banner will reappear if you change your choice or once your consent has expired.
We use a consent management platform that complies with CNIL requirements. This tool allows detailed settings by type of cookie and ensures that consent is securely and traceably recorded.
In order to respect your privacy, Sextant Prestige wishes to reassure you that simply visiting our website, and whether or not you continue browsing, does not constitute acceptance and does not result in the installation of cookies requiring your prior consent. Until you have accepted them, no cookies subject to prior consent will be placed or read on your device. Refusing consent or making no choice does not prevent access to our website.
4. How long is my choice valid (consent or refusal)?
Your choice regarding the installation of cookies remains valid for 6 months after the first placement on your device. Once this period has expired, your choice will be requested again.
In addition, you may change your choice at any time via your browser settings (manual deactivation of cookies). Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain features of the website.
